Wasatch Commons has a ten-day grace period and then a $25 late fee. Under hardship circumstances you may request the late fee be waived. You must make the request within the grace period (no retroactive waivers). If people need a couple of month to catch up on overdue payments, so long as they have met with Management, arranged an acceptable repayment schedule, and have kept to it, steadily bringing down their balance owed, then we don't charge additional late fees on the balance. These policies apply both to HOA fees for home owners and to rent for the five units the Association owns. We have the right to charge interest on overdue payments, although usually the small amount isn't worth the extra bookkeeping.
