She Farm stands on a triple lot nestled amid fruit trees, berries, flowers,
and herbs.
A Paradise in  Rainier Valley, the most diverse area in Seattle.
The city noises in the background notwithstanding,
 it seems like a country homestead.
She Farm has three buildings: one sweet residence with a common kitchen,
living room with wood stove, laundry, and porch;
a ramshackle barn with a new roof and doors, and lots of renovation
potential;
a small, recently built, and beloved retreat and guesthouse.

Make your home with us  as  we build a mini-cohousing community of two to
three independent households sharing and nurturing the land.
