Fresno is immediately adjacent to the UU church. They were built at the same 
time, both designed by Katie McCamant. 

Cornerstone Cohousing in Cambridge,MA, used to meet in First Parish in 
Arlington. Many of its members are UUs in various congregations.

Westside Cohousing, a failed attempt in Santa Monica, CA, started in a UU 
church.

I've visited about 20 cohousing communities, and almost all - if not all - had 
at least one UU.

Hi all!

Are there any cohousing communities, built, building or forming, that saw their 
genesis in a UU Church?  Either sponsored by the church or just friends from 
the church getting together to build cohousing?

Yes, the built senior co-housing community in Davis, California, was
founded by a group largely (but not entirely) consisting of UUs.

I'm not sure if they have their own website, but you can see more about
Glacier Circle Cohousing at:

My understading is that these were "friends from the church getting
together to build cohousing" and not church-sponsored in any way.
