I have no experience with the Duralux brand but I suggest four things - 
 
 1)  Contact Duralux and ask about their recommendation for washing in
commercial dishwashers. I would ask them directly about the shattering
phenomenon you read about. You could inquire with the 
     manufacturer for any brand glassware you are considering. 

 2)  Contact the manufacturer of your dishwasher and ask their advice on
using tempered glassware in your model dishwasher. 

 3)  Find a restaurant supply store as Sharon suggested and ask them for
advice on cleaning glassware or ask them for references to other
professionals who might have more knowledge in that area.

 4)  Go to a restaurant who uses glassware similar to the ones you are
considering and ask how they wash and what problems they have with it, if
any.
