enjoy our bright, 1200 sq. ft,  2+ bedroom, 1.5 bath home located on the second 
level and featuring bamboo flooring in the open kitchen/dining/living, large 
windows, skylight, high ceilings, radiant heat and 2 sweet cats.  The fully 
furnished unit has a view of the hills from the upstairs bedroom/loft area and 
is located in the FrogSong Cohousing Community in Cotati, located 47 miles 
north of San Francisco.

COMMUNITY: The Common House offers a community kitchen and a dining room, 
children's play room, laundry facilities, and lounges for meetings or watching 
movies with neighbors. Enjoy an inspiring and supportive community, optional 
shared dinners, opportunities to participate in community activities, yoga and 
much more just steps from your front door.  Outdoor common areas include an 
organic vegetable garden, vibrant permaculture landscape with flowering shrubs,

NEIGHBORHOOD: This Community is located in downtown Cotati. Walk to grocery 
stores, restaurants, public transportation, parks, and easy access to a walking 
path along a creek.  SONOMA COUNTY: Gateway to world-class wine region and 
vibrant family-run farms selling organic produce, artisan cheeses, and other 
farm products. It's a good base for explorations to the ancient redwoods, the 
rugged Sonoma Coast, Russian River, and of course San Francisco and the rest of 
the Bay Area.  

AVAILABILITY: June 5- Aug 1, 2013 (dates are flexible within a few days).
RENT: $1400/month (negotiable). Includes wi-fi, water, gas, electricity, 
garbage, laundry, community facilities, hot tub, etc. Care of two 
indoor/outdoor cats is part of the package. No smoking or additional pets.
