Eugene, Oregon is in process of planning and building the city's first 
cohousing community on the banks of the beautiful Williamette River, where the 
weather is mild year-round, and astonishingly beautiful from June- October with 
blue skies and green trees.  As a university town, the politics are more 
liberal, but most  Eugeneans love discourse and discussions of possibilities.
