I'd like to see services for members, such as free for rent or sale listings. 
Your comprehensive listing is great but perhaps you could find a volunteer who 
would have to sole job of making sure the listing are up to date.

Easier access to reference materials instead of their being in a single pdf.

I'd be happy to test it.
