Or, maybe think about the Seattle area where the weather is exquisite. Who hot, not too cold, and some of us think it is just right! 60 minutes to SeaTac. 45 minutes to Microsoft. 30 minutes to Boeing. 90 minutes to skiing. 5 minutes to kayaking. We currently have openings here in a new 16 unit condo-conversion Cohousing community on Whidbey Island, in Langley. Units are very affordable, in the $110,000 - $150,000 range, for 1BR and 2BR units. We are looking for young families to join us. Moving in now. Some of us have made rent-to-own arrangements.
