If you want to start from scratch, Some Place Special in Clearwater Florida is 
in the beginning stages of the first cohousing community in Florida. Our place 
will also be a first based on a handicapped model, as we are trying to 
integrate special needs with capable families. Most recently we conducted a 
survey that is giving viable information regarding the development. You can 
find that survey through www.someplacespecial.org and our Facebook page of 
spscohousing. 
We would love to have people from different backgrounds get involved in our 
process. A this will be a diverse community.
