Here, below, are the questions that were in a Questionnaire about Emergency
Preparedness that was distributed to all residents a few months ago at 
Jackson Place
Cohousing, in Seattle, Washington.

1. DO YOU HAVE A FRESH/RECENT EMERGENCY KIT AT HOME?

2. DO YOU HAVE A FRESH/RECENT EMERGENCY KIT IN YOUR CAR?

3. DO YOU HAVE FIRST AID/MEDICAL TRAINING YOU ARE ABLE TO USE IN AN
EMERGENCY AT JPC?

4. DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER EMERGENCY SUPPLIES OR SKILLS THAT THE COMMUNITY
SHOULD KNOW ABOUT?

5. ARE YOU COMFORTABLE TAKING A LEADERSHIP ROLE IN AN EMERGENCY?

6. DO YOU HAVE SPECIAL MEDICAL OR OTHER NEEDS THAT THE COMMUNITY NEEDS TO
