Jubilee is the name of our community, located in Floyd, Virginia. (aka Floyd Cohousing and Floyd Jubilee Coho) We used your slide show as preparation for our design phase and were so pleased to have some concrete thoughts and ideas. It's a great tool. Please let me know how I can help on the next draft. We have a consensus policy/process in place that includes the facilitator's role and the participants role for each step. I haven't seen one like it anywhere. We're pretty proud of it. We are also currently working on several other policies which we would be happy to share eventually. I would be happy to send you my current list of manuals that I have found on websites, if that would be useful. Thanks again for all the help your work has given us!
