To add to Maraiah's list and to repeat Richard's --who finished writing first
-- always put first and last names in minutes and notes.

I know a statistician would probably say this is predictable but we have so
many duplicate names it is astounding. Often they are spelled differently --
Sharyn/Sharon, Robbin/Rabin, etc.-- but two of each, or more. Ann, Anne, Anna.
Kathy/Kathryn. Carolyn/Carrie, on paper Carolyn. Paul/Paul/Paul. Even a
Kira/Kira, though one is a cat. But only one Mary. No John, the most common
male name. Two grandchildren named Camille.

Like the Screen Actors Guild, I've wondered if we should have a rule that every
person who moves in has to choose a unique nickname that has never belonged to
a previous resident. So far no one has had the same first and last name.

I've been trying to get all the old minutes up on the web. I have not a clue
who the people are and I've been here since move in. There are two years of
notes before move-in. Who knows whether the Paul of 2002 is the same Paul as in
2008. Or the other Paul other other Paul. Sometimes it matters. A lot.
