Speaking personally: it would be delightful to meet in person the many of
you who provide such excellent commentary and advice and inspiration and
challenges on this community-run list serve (and don't forget: Fred Olson
will be at the conference, hosting a gathering to discuss the future of
this list serve; and he's also presenting alongside Kevin Wolf a session on
retrofitting existing neighborhoods).
