A great place to start making decisions. I should add to this that you should make decisions on the basis of information. Choosing land automatically opens and closes doors. Now that you have it, you can begin looking at the advantages and disadvantages. What is possible now? All options are not open to you or to new people. A construction person will tell you want can be done on what budget, within zoning ordinances, etc. And how to design on a modular basis, for example, which allows changes most easily.
