Our sister community, Camelot Cohousing, has a pool.  They are subject to a
bzillion board of health rules, and as far as I know they do the work
themselves.  I'd put you in touch, but I expect that Massacusetts answers
and Florida answers are not the same anyway.

I'm the lead in Mosaic Commons for our hot tub - THAT I can tell you all
about.
