I feel the same way every time I see “the capital city’s first cohousing community." What? In DC? I wonder if we should just give up and celebrate people not putting their state or even country on their locations. Like asking about 501c3 status. The 501c3 comes from feeling that one is doing something for the public good. And not putting one’s location comes from feeling a sense of intimacy that everyone here knows where you are.
