I have bylaws for both a business and a non-profit organization posted on 
Sociocracy.info. Today I finished a blog entry addressing some of the issues 
and concerns. Includes links to each. And to the book Plain English for 
Lawyers. Don’t hire a lawyer who can’t write Plain English is my motto of the 
month.
