Two rooms available in a sunny 3-bedroom, 1,725 sq ft home in SoNG. This 
is a “shared living” arrangement with the homeowner, who will use the 
3rd bedroom. The homeowner will be living in Philadelphia for about 8 
months this winter, starting in October, and keeping his bedroom for 
storage and for his Ithaca visits while in Philadelphia. That leaves 
about 1,570 sq ft of remaining house space for your use while he is in 
Philly, but shared with him while he’s in Ithaca.

The house has one shared “den,” 1.5 bath, very spacious sunlit common 
areas and an easy view to the outdoor kids play areas.

$1,300 month total for both bedrooms. The cost of utilities and internet 
access is included in the rent. The duration of the lease (i.e., number 
of months) is negotiable up to 12 months, with the possibility of 
renewal. Available Sept 1st but earlier is negotiable. No smoking, and 
no additional pets unless pre-approved. Price of rent will be reduced in 
the Spring or Summer of 2016 when the homeowner moves back to Ithaca 
with his partner and dog.
