Which address to use? Perhaps people need monthly reminders. 

Also, I’ve never sent documents because they are all on our website and 
available so I don’t feel the need, even though it would be nice to see a 
central bank.

Our wiki on Google Sites gets no spam. It is private and people have to have 
accounts to enter data, but we have a general sign in that can be used by 
anyone. It would be possible to have a general sign-in that is only posted 
here, and give it posting privileges. And change it periodically.
