Our name is Community Incubator and we’re based in the San Francisco 
(California) bay area.

What you'll be working on + with:
* Designing communities for people not cars, designing with nature
* Learning from the best global, successful communities on their design 
processes
* Making ecovillage type communities really affordable w/o federal funding
* Working with a community bank land trust on funding (people not banks)
* Providing guidance to organic + permaculture based development groups

Ideal candidate needs:
* Passion for community
* Access to or have architect stamp (registered architect)
* Land use regulatory experience
* Knowledge of codes, statutes,
* Passion for communication, group work + project management
