At Cornerstone, we have a range of common spaces, with kitchen/dining being the largest and best equipped, plus a couple of other activity rooms good for small to medium-sized groups. Reservations are typically first come first serve, usually not more than a month or two ahead. Our commons are well-used, but it’s rare to have unresolvable conflicts or troublesome over-booking. Once or twice a proposal surfaced for some kind of program of weekly regularity, but in the end, this level of pre-commitment was discouraged. Big messes are normally cleaned up OK by the parties using the room, although efforts to establish a “default” condition of minimal order or furniture arrangement have come to naught. So come early, and make sure the space is set up the way you want it for your event.
