RoseWind Cohousing, Port Townsend WA. We are still getting good service from
our Dacor propane-gas range. It's not technically a commercial range, and so
avoids the drawbacks of too-high heat, requirements for fire-suppression hood,
and so forth. However, it does have features that make it work well for common
meals: 6 burners, with pot-support grids which are flush with each other, so it
can accomodate any size pan, and pans can be slid from place to place on the
cook top. One pair of support-grids can be replaced by a griddle, when wanted.
We got this 16 years ago. I don't have the model number here, but could track
it down if needed.

Although the ignition is electric, in a recent power outage I was pleased to
find that the burners could still be lit with a match.

I don't know who makes the stainless steel range hood, but it has needed little
attention and includes fans and lights.
