Of course, as a cohouser, I was only thinking in terms of “our own” person and we do it ourselves. Then Yankee-do syndrome. Working with an agency is a perfect solution. Then it doesn’t have to be the same person for months and years at a time. There is more flexibility. And the person isn’t dependent on the community.
