I appreciate the suggestion of the PACE program for financing building 
improvements, but it’s not in operation in Oregon. According to the website, 
Oregon has enacted PACE enabling legislation, but there are currently no PACE 
programs operating or in development.

Note that "PACE financing" (Property Assessed Clean Energy) is a means
of financing energy efficiency upgrades that is repaid thru a special
assessment property tax. It is available in 31 states according to

My understanding is that PACE financing is available in California for
seismic improvements. Not sure about Oregon (though we have family in
Portland); we?re working on PACE here in NJ. But check

linda - i suggest making a recruitment page, populate it initially with all 
your and your fellow organizer people.

use fb advertising to target people in your market.

keep the content fresh with info about cohousing, memes, photos, videos, 
articles, etc.
