Join an Over-55 Cohousing Community in the Land of Enchantment – Placitas New 
Mexico

Placitas Sage Cohousing Community is located just north of Albuquerque, NM, in 
the small but sophisticated town of Placitas. We are in the process of 
purchasing 6+ acres of land with views of the Sandia Mountains, the Rio Grande 
River Valley and vast blue skies beyond. We enjoy a dry climate with a change 
of seasons and sunny weather. New Mexico culture includes an appreciation for 
the diverse ethnic groups that comprise the state.

You’ll find it all here. Nestled in a quiet area of Placitas, Placitas Sage 
Cohousing is located 5 minutes off RT I-25, a short drive to shopping, great 
places to eat, and entertainment. We’re just 30 minutes away from the 
Albuquerque airport and about 45 minutes south of Santa Fe.

Join us now and help to build and grow our community of 18 dwellings, scheduled 
for move-in mid-to-late 2017 – only 7 casitas still available!

Our community provides an opportunity for you to live in smaller, easier to 
manage homes, with compatible neighbors, some of whom have lived in Placitas 
for many years, and some who are planning to move from their homes all over the 
US. Our members are artists, retired professionals, and some who are still 
working and planning to retire in the community at Placitas Sage.
