Hi- Eastern Village Cohousing shares a building with the commercial wing. There is an EVC board and a commercial wing board. And a super board with members from both sides, to deal with matters in common. I think we have 55 units on the EVC side and 10 or so on the commercial wing side. -Jessie Handforth Kome Eastern Village Cohousing Silver Spring, Maryland "Where the new grill is a sign that warm weather gatherings in the courtyard are nigh."
