I welcome variety myself. As far as I can see, there are no (or few) excellent and free template-style cohousing tools for early planning, no tools for policy creation, no tools for conflict resolution, no tools for marketing. It’s a niche with a lot of needs and I hope more creative professionals offer custom solutions. I’m sure as the field is growing, there will be new solutions. I don’t see that it’s true there would be reduced support for any one project. It’s not like there’s only one heavenly help desk for all open source software. Generally the support depends on the platform creator. Sean is amazingly responsive and welcomes suggestions and new ideas, often implementing them immediately. Mary B. Of course sometimes there are good reasons for multiple approaches etc.
