Sorry for the delay, I got distracted by a conference ;) We have: 1 Tesla 1 Chevy Volt (plug in hybrid) 2 Nissan Leafs (one is mine) 1 eGolf, owned by the same family that owns the Tesla We have some carports, so the first couple of us added chargers to those. Since then we've built another carport, and last I knew that crew was still in discussion with the local electric company to get enough power there for many carts. Sometimes the other leaf owner or the volt owner will borrow my charger, or a guest. Because the carports have one electric bill per carport building, not per spot, car chargers are required (by us) to have a submeter on them. We report each quarter to truestees how much power we used, and it gets billed back to us based on the electric rates that quarter. - cat Catya Belfer - www.catya.org Technical Director - www.cohousing.org Cohousing in MA - www.mosaic-commons.org On Thu, May 5, 2016 at 7:56 AM, Sharon Villines <sharon [at] sharonvillines.com> wrote: > > > > On May 4, 2016, at 12:58 PM, Catya Belfer <catya [at] pobox.com> wrote: > > > > Mosaic Car Diversity: 5 electric cars mixed in with the hybrids ;) > > How have you adapted to charge the electric cars?
