It was posted by Fred, the Cohousing-L list manager <fholson [at] cohousing.org> after tweaking subject line and fixing URL. -------------------- FORWARDED MESSAGE FOLLOWS -------------------- We are a small group of Brits trying to set up something in Southern Spain (Europe) and we want to accommodate people who could fund a purchase, but also renters who would help pay back loans but would fully participate. Cooperatives do have a history and status here with tax benefits we think, but it is difficult to accommodate both groups easily. But we would not be diverse as a senior group, to take over an already constructed building/ floors of a building etc. It is early days for us but our website is https://unavidabuenasite.wordpress.com/ Although legally we have to look at the situation here, it would be good to hear from other groups even across the water. Saludos from Spain Frances
