William C. Wood > I used to sell real estate advertising and I remember working with a new home builder that just couldn't get traction for their very nice homes. In the end they revamped them so the 4BR was a 3BR and the 3BR was a 2BR. Same basic house plan, with the two smallest bedrooms combined to make one BR. Same price. Same location. Same lot size. Same look. And then they sold like hotcakes. -- -Liz (The Rev.) Elizabeth M.
