Here at Village Cohousing in Madison WI we have a Google groups email server that we use for most of our communications. We also have a white board near the mailboxes that we use for announcements. This supplements the email list. Meeting minutes, budgets, etc. are distributed via the listserv and supplemented with paper copies. Most meals are potlucks. For cooked meals we have a pretty good idea of how much food to make. For special occasions, we’ll ask people to sign up via our listserv. There is ample interpersonal communication. We have an electronic reference library in Dropbox. I feel that what we have works pretty well. Stephanie
