Hi All,

As we make plans for our 55+ community we wanted to get some real-life 
information about the use of a caretaker's suite in the common house.

If your community has a caretaker's suite, how has it been used and how 
does your community manage it? It's a considerable investment in common 
space so do you feel it has been a good investment?

Any information would be appreciated.
