This is one of the cleverest ideas I’ve seen on this list that can be used for 
marketing and outreach.  

There are many, many cohousing communities in CO.  I assume you have reached 
out to each of them already.  

Do, please, let us know if this invitation to talk to your group results in the 
group moving forward in terms of membership and in terms of forming and 
carrying out decisions necessary to creating a group that builds cohousing.
