Collaborative stuff might be kept at the team/project level so people can use
whatever works for them.

Your comments on the difficulty of using Google stuff is the most honest
assessment I’ve seen from someone who also wants to keep using it.

The spread-outness, in addition to the insecurity of Google imposing new
limits, is difficult for many of our members to remember. Where is this and
what is that. When people only consult these records a few times a year, it is
almost impossible to remember. One reason we switch to AssociationVoice was the
promise of having a consistent calendar, email, documents, etc., in one place
with one password. It hasn’t worked that way because the software isn’t
designed for an association that uses online resources as much as cohousing
does.

The wiki is fabulous. What do you use? We use Google Sites which is fully
wysiwyg. I haven’t found any wiki software that is. When some people see any
HTML on the page, they close it.
