Do you want to live in CoHousing in URBAN San Diego?



·      Our Adult community is designed to optimize adult vitality around
personal growth, life purpose and social engagement; Our demographic focus
of age 30 through seniors is intentional.

·      This is an Urban community, walkable, near public transit, and nature

·      The site location is not final: we are considering neighborhoods
within public transit time of about 30 minutes to Santa Fe transit station.
Our strong preference is the Point Loma/Midway area.

·      We estimate pricing to be at market (about $360,000 for a 1 bedroom)
or less

·      We are taking action consistent with a move in date of late 2019



The main thing is the people that make up the community.  So that we can
get to know each other and start building that potential co-housing
community, we are having an Open House on Sunday, September 30th at 2 pm.
I will be there, plus other potential members.
