Cohousing-L Mailing List: Fair Oaks EcoHousing to Break Ground on November 3

Fair Oaks EcoHousing is pleased to announce --
a Groundbreaking Ceremony
on November 3 at 2:30 pm
for its new cohousing community to be built in Fair Oaks, CA.

The ceremony will take place at the cohousing site (4025 New York Avenue), and 
featured speakers will include the architect, the development consultant, the 
builders, and the Sacramento County Supervisor. Future residents will 
participate in the actual “ground-breaking” as part of the celebration.

Our community of 30 sustainably-built private homes (only a few not yet spoken 
for) is being developed on 3.7 acres in Fair Oaks, 18 miles east of Sacramento, 
CA.

The project represents a culmination of more than ten years of planning. 
Construction is expected to begin in November 2017. The anticipated move-in 
date is spring 2019.
