Hello fellow cohousers, Here at Monterey Cohousing Community, in St. Louis Park, on the west side of Minneapolis, we are again expanding. We bought our original building in 1992 and created 8 apartments and have 20 Common Rooms. We added seven townhomes (which is connected to the main building by a tunnel) in 1996 and are now in the process of adding up to 8 more townhomes to our community of 15 households. If you or someone you know may be interested check us out and contact us via… https://montereycohousing.com/blog/ <https://montereycohousing.com/blog/> We had 12 children for a number of years, then they did this funny thing where they grew up and moved on. :-) We have some newer kids now and it would be great to have more.
