A = Administration
E = Eats (meals and kitchen)
I = Indoors
O = Outdoors
U = Your Community (not perfect, but it does the job)
S = Systems and Property (usually called P&S)

We have many sub-committees under these "Realms." In 10 years we haven't
found any topic that doesn't fit under one of these. Every realm has a
liaison on the board, but that person is usually not the chair. When an
issue arises the chair of the realm addresses it instead of the board.
