Oops, apologies for sending a note meant for Mosaic Commons to the Cohousing list! LOL. Of course, if I'd sent it to the cohousing list on purpose I'd have promoted the workshop that *I* am doing about how to stay connected while working through conflict. Talk to Each Other: Resolving Conflict by Connecting Resolving most conflict requires a reconnection of the conflicted parties. But how do we get them to talk to each other? What should we say? What are we listening for? What if they refuse? We’ll discuss how to help your neighbors engage with conflict. -Liz Mosaic Commons Cohousing in Berlin, MA On Sat, May 16, 2020 at 3:44 PM Mabel Liang <mabel [at] twomeeps.com> wrote: > > HI Liz, > > I'd love it if we could join you to get the group rate (I'm tryng to drum up > business at Cornerstone as well), but I think you meant to send this to the > other people in your cohousing community, right!? > > See you on the 30th! > > -- Mabel :-) > > mabel [at] twomeeps.com > Mabel Liang > Software Engineer turned Gardener > > On 2020-05-16 14:40, Elizabeth Magill wrote: > > Anyone else interested in going to all or part of the Heart of > Community Cohousing conference? > 3 more people would make it worth it to register as a community and > that would get us tapes of the sessions to listen to later. > Each lecture is just one hour and you pick up to three to attend on > Saturday, May 30. > > Several great topics: > Keynote is Living Room Conversations: how to talk with people you > don't know or may have disagreements with. > > Cultivating Cooperation and Caring in Community > > Power, trauma and conflict transformation in Community > > Get to know your community – introverts and extraverts > > Consensus Challenges > > Can I hear you now?
