I think this will probably make the day for cohousingers.

Brief but enlightening article in _Fast Company_ summarizing the surprising 
results of a research study on working in isolation. And the positive effects 
they found — more collaboration, less negative competition, feeling closer, etc.

I was surprised because I have been feeling the same way. Not so much as a 
product of leadership, although that has been plentiful, but from more 
meaningful and relaxed interaction, and interaction around new activities.
