Hi all — I don’t believe we did anything like this during our original construction. But after one of our major rehabs for the whole community we invited workers and site plan manager to a pizza party after their last day of work. They actually wanted to get home so I remember we sent a lot of pizza w/ them when they left. When I had a major renovation done in my home, I provided a snacsk for workers every day for 40+ days. I don’t know if chocolate chip cookies had anything to do with it but … the crew only missed one day of work, the project was finished on time and slightly under budget with he crew working on Thanksgiving Day in the afternoon to make sure they were on schedule. I’m not making this up. The crew showed up just as neighbors were having T’giving dinner. They made apologies to the neighbors for having to come in and out of the CH (my unit is in the CH.) So … chocolate chip cookies, anyone?
