Cohousing-L Mailing List: Common House cookbooks

Friends, I remember when Joanie Blank collected recipes and solicited
Cohousing groups to contribute to cookbooks. Now that we’re about to start
designing (whew- what a slog thru zoning!), our members are asking.

A lot has changed since Joanie performed this wonderful service - now it’s
vegan and gluten-free taking precedence. We’re thinking of having a
gluten-free kitchen with a separately-ventilated pizza and bread
mini-kitchen.

So, who can share cookbooks? Who knows about this two-kitchen idea?
