FACILITATION - Part 1, Tuesdays, Jan 4 - Jan 25.  5-7pm Pac, 8-10pm East

The Facilitator Series is a primer for facilitation of community meetings
and processes.  This series consists of 3 Parts. Each part is made up of
four weekly 2-hour sessions.

Part 1 covers relational basics for facilitators: reading the room,
contracting with the group, listening, seeking common ground, and staying
in the facilitator role. In addition to learning specific skills and
strategies, each facilitator will be invited to self-reflection and
personal growth along with practice.

Part 2 covers mechanics, strategies and facilitation methods for meetings
while building on the work of Part 1. Part 1 is a prerequisite for Part 2.

Part 3 covers facilitation of the process for a given proposal or idea
including more in depth processing. Part 3 builds on the work of Parts 1
and 2, which are prerequisites for Part 3.

Mirroring is a prerequisite for this course and is available as a
self-guided Mirroring Basics course at no additional charge.

Please plan to attend all four sessions in the part you are signing up
for.

Cost - This course is included in my contract with my current client
communities.  If you are not a client community member, cost of this course
is $80 per part, or $200 for the three-part series.

CONFLICT Part 1, Wednesdays, Feb 2-23.  4-6pm Pac, 7-9pm East

This is the first of a three-part conflict series designed to help
community members work productively with their own conflict and potentially
support others in doing the same.

Part 1 - How do I engage with conflict? (See details below)

Part 2 -  Helping individuals with conflict

Part 3 - Helping pairs with conflict

Each part is made up of 4 weekly two-hour sessions.

All three parts will help you do conflict better whether or not you intend
to help others with conflict in any formal way.  It's a great course for
members of a "Conflict Support Team", or any member of community.

Part 1 - How do I engage with Conflict?

of the Imago Dialogue Process.  At the same time we'll be working on
individual awareness of our responses to conflict and the ways we can
