Cohousing-L Mailing List: Plenary discussion of preparation for environmental change and sustainability

Hi all, The recent discussions here about preparation for the future, for EV 
charging stations, microgrids, water storage, etc. have been so helpful. We are 
small (11 homes)and both cash and time limited for investment in the future.   
We have been working well together in dealing with imminent issues, eg, 
seasonal fire preparedness, individual solar,  individuals with EVs, etc.  
However, we would like to facilitate a broader community discussion looking to 
the future including how and when we need to start prioritizing more time and 
money to prepare - despite current busyness.
Do any of you have examples of prompts for discussion? and How is your 
community organizing your preparation?  For example, is there a special adhoc 
committee, certain individuals take on extra projects, or does your maintenance 
committee handle it?
I would appreciate any ideas or references to other materials.
