Dick, Marie, and others from Rocky Corner,

I'm very sorry and I hope you can find a way to complete your lovely community.
In fact, I visited it a few years ago during one of your open houses.

I'm a member of a community currently under construction. I can confirm that
even with an excellent team of professionals and the most careful planning,
stuff will fall through the cracks and cause problems later. Right now we're
dealing with a storm drain that will cost $100,000 more than anticipated. There
were other issues (ahem, civil) that we had to pay to address. There are
decisions we made ourselves that turned out to be wrong. The best path forward
isn't always clear until it's too late. We'll have less money left over at the
end of the project than we'd hoped, but we'll be okay. But it's really hard!!!

Please stop reading and responding to the article comments. They're just awful
and full of misinformation about your project and cohousing in general.
