 Shared equity models of housing, including community land trusts,
 housing cooperatives, and resident-owned manufactured housing, have
 emerged as a viable approach to stabilize communities from the
 pressures of displacement while producing new homeowners in the
 process.

A bit of searching found about one of the speakers who is from the:

Fred who wishes more cohousing communities used land trusts or cooperative
     structure to have long term affordability.  Have you noticed the
     resale prices of units in cohousing?
