We average 24 participants out of 56 adults in 33 units attending almost
monthly building work parties.

A small group of planners make sure each project has a “coach” and that
supplies are set up. We offer childcare and snacks. We track participation
with a sign-in/sign-out sheet. When we started these work parties in 2021,
we thought they might become mandatory. But that now seems unnecessary.

We also have landscape work parties several times a year and quarterly
common house cleanings though I don’t know the participation levels at
those.
