My place just finished screening two potential cohousers. We have a team of residents who provide a cohousing 101 workshop that includes a review of our governing documents, participation expectations, anecdotal presentations about what it is like to live in our place. We don't have any control over the deal between buyer and seller but provide the potential buyer with information so they can make a decision based on our real-world experiences. Some get scared off.
