My former community has a call box system where visitors scroll through a 
resident directory (name and unit number) and specify the person they're 
visiting. The system calls the resident's phone. The resident can answer the 
call and buzz the visitor in or decline the call. Is that what you have in mind?

Hi all
I'm interested in what you all do for doorbells or door alert for multiple
households if  you do such a thing?
We have 32 households, 18 in apartments in one building
We have an antiquated system that costs an exorbitant amount, and we're
curious about whether anyone has a good system?
