Cohousing-L Mailing List: Advice for a newbie/wanna-be

Hello,

We are a group of women at the conceptual stage of imagining community,
just starting to work to bring the idea to reality.

We have found a town where one of us leases farm land that has cluster
zoning which looks like it would accommodate a community.

The next step would be to present our idea to the planning council for
conditional approval.

I'm wondering if anyone has been through this process before that could
give advice on how they did it.
